Below you’ll find a few quick steps to help you prepare, and some words of reassurance from those who’ve stood exactly where you’re standing now.

1. Check your inbox for the date, time, and location of your exhibition session. If it’s not there, reach out.

2. Clear at least 60–120 minutes for the session. This is an emotional experience and we don’t want to rush it.

3. Come with an open heart There’s no “right” way to feel. Just be present and let yourself receive.

4. Feel free to bring someone only if having a trusted friend or partner there will help you feel more supported.

5. Bring tissues (optional) But highly recommended as you are not going to believe what we captured

6. Watch the client reaction videos below – Seeing how others responded might help ground you, comfort you, or simply remind you that whatever you feel… it’s valid and welcomed.
